I nearly forgot about the Blog tonight!!
Interesting day... I am impressed with the quality of art being generated for the Mythological Greek monsters, gods, heroes and warriors project. Tomorrow we will be doing more research on the related stories for the art work.
I seriously under-estimated the amount of $$$ needed to make a business viable in the T-Shirts-$-U business project. Thanks to Mr. Thompson I received a Squamish community profile of data and statistics which helped give me an idea of what to include on a town profile for our project. BUT I made the poulation too big and the amount of investment $$$ too small. So now we are going to pretend that Mr. Trump will give us all the $$$ we need as long as the student math partner teams make a profit!!! So spend wisely.
Students are already asking "what if..." questions related to market volatility and are asking questions that are real life risk when it comes to investment. Very encouraging.
Gymastics began today and we have discovered some rubber- noodle like bodies :) Who knew?
The students worked hard.
Homework
We put off the spelling test until tomorrow so there will be a test, a unit 21/22 puzzle in the morning.
I need a minimum of 6 more Camp forms returned to ensure that two thirds of the class are registered.
