Still having some difficulty with my voice - even with the microphone system, I might be overdoing it!
Congratulations to Kiarrah with a silver in her Friday Skate - we managed to see her performance today on-line. She skated beautifully and her peers broke out into congratulatory applause without being prompted :) So inspiring.
Also Breadan was proud of his sister Gabby's skate but although we tried we were unable to show it on line.
The WE day participants told us all about their inspirational Friday and how tired they were after but they all said they both enjoyed it and were excited by the Me to WE message.
Eddie reports that baby Henry is sleeping but that his cry can cut through earplugs :)

Text book work for the handful of students completed Ch 2 p. 74 and 75 (not homework)
Frustrating that so few students do any self practice for their math skills - one of the most time wasting activities is trying to get everyone on the same page to review the exmaples - despite my attempt to keep activities organized, many either couldn't find the worksheet, didn't have it with them or had no recollection of ever seeing it so duly more were distributed!!!
Tomorrow's quiz will be comprised of examples from this activity.
quiz #5 Tuesday
Discussed the Thursday groups (found out today that will be starting Oct 31st- great Halloween!)
