Seriously have to figure out what is going bump with the Blog.
I only had a couple more student 'wishes' for me to consider and improve for next school year. Here they are
- be careful with your 'funny' comments they are not always funny and we think they can be mean (ouch)
- hire a referee (in Joke but you had to be there- apparently I am a crappy ref. of basketball and floor hockey but I'll keep taking my Snickers to be myself! Thanks, E.B.)
- small group math instruction is better than the whole class not paying attention to the instruction and you get less frustrated!
- French classes need something to become more interesting- not sure what but don't do them in the afternoon cos we are too tired!
- more science- "science was so fun"
" Stay fun- you were an awesome teacher. Who cares if you didn't make everybody happy- it's your life run it how you wantto- stay cool"
""stayed on task (most of the time)"
"scheduled the right amount of free time"
this killed me "you did good at english" (sic)
"may the Snickers be with you"
pick on people who are interrupting more- if they don't stop- office"
"please stop saying "Stop Talking" - you stop talking"
" i found out I can do other things on the computer besides games"
"you always tried your best"
"Only explain things ONCE"
"make us run - we need to run"
" you make good hot chocolate"
nd this one to finish up
"Mrs. J dont take so much time to tok but you are the best, best, bestest techer EVER I had fun- grade C-"
lol
Like I said I have a lot of things to mull over and improve. Aren't these comments and considerations well done? I am so impressed by their attention to detail and it reminds me again that my students miss NOTHING. They know what's up!
I am heading away and will be off technology for a few weeks so I wish everyone a happy, safe summer. Thank you for all your support and encouragement throughout the year and if anything occurs to you please feel free to comment or leave a Blog message. Add your two cents (it's more like 10cents now with inflation!) to the mix and I will take everything under advisement in my quest to become a better 'techer' LOL.
over and out for a few weeks. Thanks again everyone xo
Mrs. J.
