I have put off the novel review long enough- it's tomorrow -Dragon Keeper reader's response and general written review (do what you can)
Last spelling test Unit 20 (22 words) to complete the word list distributed in September
(Term 3 will be vocabulary and etymology work with the odd spelling bee for good measure)
last week term 2 asking for all incomplete assignments to be submitted asap

tomorrow the students will be meeting with the Don Ross principal and counsellors to complete their course selection forms and ask questions about grade eight

Session 1 Drug and Alcohol program with guest presenter Amy McKinnon (students were a bit over exuberant and chatty while participating in the review game. We need to decide as a group if 'games' and 'skits' are possible and adapt our group behaviour accordingly!!)

Computers: asked the grade sevens to go to the Don Ross web site again to get information on band and other electives and have a look at the student handbook before the visit tomorrow.
