It's May already- where did April go?
Had lots of ends to tie up today and we worked hard.
We finished the virtual tour of Greece- visiting Epidaurus and Mycenae and 'travelling' back to Athens via the Corinth canal. The Athens and Sparta assignment was completed next.
We are now working on a cumulative review of the transformations we have been working on in Mathematics.
The French quiz was completed today and will be returned next week.
We managed to squeeze in a library session. That reminds me to mention the Scholastic Book Fair in our Library next week.
We managed to finish our unit on male and female reproduction- always fun for a Friday afternoon!!!!
For an art assignment we began to design Tesselations (tiling patterns) and some are very creative indeed.
As for homework- the students who are behind in their assignments have been given until Monday to complete them before we are MOVING on. Other than that NO NEW homework.
