Our last Tuesday was a day for starting on the year's clean up. I always find this a difficult task because I find I usually have to plead with students to take their work and supplies home. It always makes me feel a little sad.

Double Phys Ed. block to make up for the missed session last week (Band concert practice)Thanks to Mr. Parker for sharing his 40 minute gym session with us. Some of the students wanted to relive their younger games and we even played for a bit with the parachute!!
Desk dump and text return- reuse, recycle and prepare for taking work and materials home over the next couple of days- looked like a bomb went off at first but the students did a decent job and got things under control.
Shout out to the girls who helped with the checking off numbers for the textbook return. Great job and much appreciated. Merci.
Computer session (free time today)- worked with Hannah and Teresa on their farewell address on behalf of their classmates which will be tomorrow
1pm hotdog BBQ and Gr 6/7 class lunch

The board game lasted about 40 minutes before the students became a little bored!! It became rather interesting after that- glad it's over :)
